Desert United President Mark Woods announced today that a Desert United
coach has been awarded the prestigious USSF "A" coaching license.

Coach John Slater (GU17 and GU16 Black) was notified this week that he had achieved the top level license professional coaches can aspire to reach in the United States. Woods said, "It is very unusual for a youth club of our size to have a coach with an A-level license. We are very proud of John."
